Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase of non-personalised products, without giving any reason.

Products personalised with a name, initial or text of your choice are made to order and are excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 59, para. 1(c), Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 - Consumer Code).

How to return

  1. Download the return form by scanning the QR code on the delivery note in your parcel, or from bennuccio.com/modulo-reso.
  2. Fill it in and send it, even as a photo, to bennuccioricami@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number.
  3. Ship the product within the following 14 days, intact, unused and with its tags, to: Bennuccio, Via Domenico Sbarra, 81020 Casapulla (CE), Italy.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Refund

We refund you within 10-14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase, including the standard shipping costs of the order. We may wait until we receive the product before issuing the refund.

Defective or incorrect products

If a product arrives defective or different from what you ordered, write to us within 2 months of discovering it: we will remake it or refund you at our expense (24-month legal guarantee of conformity, art. 128 et seq. Italian Consumer Code). Errors in the text entered by the customer during personalisation are not covered.
