Can I see the embroidery before ordering?
Yes. On personalisable products you can see a live preview of the name, with the font and thread colour you choose.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every garment is embroidered made-to-measure for you: production takes 2-3 working days. Delivery then takes 3-5 working days in Italy and 5-10 working days in European Union countries.
How much does shipping cost?
In Italy €6.90, free on orders from €120. In European Union countries €14.99.
How do I choose the right size for my dog?
Measure the back length, from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and compare it with our Size guide. If your dog is between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Do you have matching hoodies for me and my dog?
Yes: the Dog mom and Dog dad sets include a hoodie for you and one for your dog, in the same colour and with the same embroidery.
Can I return a personalised item?
Items personalised with a name, initial or text of your choice are made to order and cannot be returned. For non-personalised products you have 14 days from delivery: you'll find everything in our Refund policy.
How do I wash my embroidered garment?
Wash inside out at 30°C with similar colours. Do not use bleach or a tumble dryer, and iron inside out without ironing over the embroidery. This keeps the embroidery looking beautiful for longer.
