Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to return non-personalised products. Items personalised with a name, initial or text of your choice are made to order and cannot be returned, except in case of defects (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and refunds are issued within 10-14 days.
